My journalling is one long prayer.
At times I have a hard time focusing otherwise.
My deepest prayers happen when I'm journalling.
That doesn't work for everyone, but if it works for you, that's our God.

i don't know. i can usually be really focused for a few minutes... but I always get distracted after that.

I'll have to try prayer journalling for real again. Usually writing helps me organize my thoughts way better than I can inside my head.

I tend to stay more focused if I pray on paper or out loud, it keeps my mind from wandering. :)

i have one idea. actually praying on a piece of paper, then putting it in an envelope.
