MELODY!
who even caught onto the fact that this piece includes two verses:
ISAIAH 40:11, which the alto sings
AND
MATTHEW 11:28-29, sung by the soprano
That's why I love what Handel has done, which is link the prophecy proclaimed with the prophecy fulfilled.
It's still being fulfilled, so take time to find that rest for your souls.
(MELODY, email me and tell me which RL book you want for you or a friend.)

Hey! I know I haven't been on here in a really long time but, while cleaning, I found RL book 4 at the bottom of my nightstand drawer and it made me think of all of you! I miss being on here! Working 30+ hours a week and still doing school gets hectic at times but I promise y'all I will find time to read posts and comments! Love you girls!

Hey, Sarah Elizabeth!! So good to 'hear' from you!! ;)
My dad still isn't awake yet (I don't think)...it's just past 7:00 here. My brothers are all awake - we've been up since 6:30. Only morning I'll be willing to do that, huh? (Actually, the reason I'm up is because I have to finish a poem that's a Christmas gift, and I won't have time to do it later...*sheepish grin*) Love you girls. Hope you all have a very merry Christmas!!
Thank you, Jesus, for coming into our world and loving and saving us!! <3

Merry Christmas girls! I was just emailing some of my friends in China, and they told me that they don't observe Christmas. It made me so grateful that I know Jesus and have a chance to celebrate today! I hope you all have an amazing day. :)

Merry Merry Christmas!! We celebrate Christmas here in China hehe well, at least my city does LOL the dance performance thing went pretty well but after it, to think that there aren't any more practices makes me feel kind of empty...but then on new years, i might have to go somewhere else and do it again with some other people hehe

Hey Mrs. Rue. I just had a question: will you be coming out with anymore "real life" books besides the 4 that are already out???
Posted by: Amy | 12/27/2011 at 08:38 PM
Trinny: You're in China? Wow! Are you from there or did you just move there?
Amy: As far as I know it's just the 4 in the series :( I wish there were more though!

Hey you guys! I had a great Christmas and fortunately, since we're on a long break right now, I've been not stressing AND finding time to do devotions every day. Hopefully this will carry me to the next break...or weekend, at least... :)
I hope you all had (and are still having!!) a merry Christmas! P.S. I read Limos, Lattes, etc. ( :) ) on my new Nook that I got for Christmas, and it was really good! I wish I knew Patrick, huge sigh.

Hey girls! Can you please be praying for my mom's parents? My grandfather had surgery on his throat and spine today. He had a calcium build-up on his spine which was pressing against his esophagus and making it painful to swallow. Also, the calcium build-up caused his spine to fracture so the doctors had to take care of that as well. The procedure went well but he can't swallow at all.. so my grandfather is on feeding tubes and will probably be in the hospital for at least 4 days (originally, they had thought he could be out in less than 2). My grandmother is getting really worried about everything - especially because the nurses aren't very quick about responding when you call them. If you could pray for a quick recovery for my grandfather and for God's peace and presence to be with my grandparents, that would be great. Thank you!
