Love the V words girl's. I want to have victory over being scared of loud noises.(Like fire works)

glad your surgery went well eve! abi sometimes, that happens to me. i found out that i need braces, but, my mom can only get them for me if my dad gets his new job, we will find out today. please be praying. I have had a lot of spiritual battles. most kids have bad dreams about monsters, my bad dreams are about me being like the bad people in the world, stuff that most kids don't worry about. my mom went through the same stuff. these kind of things happen a lot to me. a few times, i have pushed myself into a cave of worry. but God has brought me through. so has my mom. my verse is Hebrews 13:6: 'So we say with confidence; the LORD is my helper, I will not be afraid, what can mere mortals do to me?' every time i go through something like that, i remember that the world isn't my home, and nothing that happens here that scares me, will ever be bigger than God.
I memorized that verse to remind me that God is always victorious over the things that people say or do. you guys have also helped me ALOT! and i want to thank you so much! so THANKYOU!

I also want to stop accidently talking about myself.

Ashlyn ;)

I want to be victorious in succeeding in helping my friend understand and love Jesus the way we do. I'm gonna try to help her going this blog too! And, I'm praying for your recovery to go well Eve! I will think of more. ;)

Virginia is Ginger's real name in So Not Okay, isn't it?
I have victories when I get As in math, help younger kids with problems or homework, when I clean my room, and overcome temptation. Right now in my M'Pact group, we're learning about pure hearts. I want Jesus to have victory on my heart. I know that sounds strange, but basically I mean that I want Jesus to be in control of my heart, not the devil.

Recently I've had victory over not getting mad so easily. I want to have victory over fear of being bold about my faith and talking people about Jesus.
My favorite verse is a rather uncommon one: "Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written." -John 21:25. It encourages me to be like Him and leave such a legacy that everyone would remember what you did despite life's challenges. Also, I love the 'I know the plans I have for you' one.
Praying for all of your victories!

Thank you ladies for all the prayers! I'm sore and tired today, but doing good.
*I've had a victory over worry. The night before my surgery, praying and reciting verses helped me not worry as much and I went to sleep quicker.
*I want to have victory over my pain and soreness from surgery.
*A verse that helped more not worry was:
Matthew 6:34a "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself."

Please pray for me. Or more like 2 girls at my middle school. We were outside after the girls anti-bullying rally while the boys were at there's and we were talking about religion. I got started up on my Christianity and my friend and I were talking about how extreme we should go. 2 girls got started up about how they weren't going to heaven and they aren't Christians. Perfect opportunity to share my faith. Then I got all defense when they started making fun of me about my religion. Pray that Jesus gets shown to them and whoever may be able to share Christ with them. I was victorious when sharing my faith. I used to be so scared to be made fun of. Then I broke out of my shell and even after being made fun of, I will keep trying to share Christ with them.

Of course, Kaylee!

I am praying for my fellow mini-women! You guys are pretty amazing!
Something I have had VICTORY over would be LOVE. I had been wondering if a boy I like liked me or not. I went to church and was reminded that Jesus loves me. I started reading Song of Songs and now know that even if the boy doesn't LIKE me, Jesus LOVES me. I am so glad I know that now.
I want to have VICTORY over taking care of God's temple. A verse to help me with that would be 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." Please pray that I will have VICTORY over this.

Hey, everybody!

So, I'm praying for all of you. Eve, glad you are recovering well! Please pray for me, I'm doing a play about Martin Luther at my school, and it's a disaster so far! They told us a few days before the play that we were going to perform it, and instead of having auditions and stuff, they drew names from a hat on who gets the main roles, so now, all the kids who goof off have the main parts! Well, luckily, the kid that plays Martin Luther takes it seriously though.

1) I've had victory over getting angry at my parents easily. I still mess up sometimes, but I used to get angry at them a LOT.
2) I want to have victory over this mean boy at my school, something happened today AGAIN. I was playing my Clairinet in music with my friends who also play that insturment, he kept laughing at us and saying we were horrible and should be kicked out of band. What really made me angry was when he laughed at my friend. Then, I told him to shut up. Which I'm not proud of. I want to have victory over the mean kids, and know how to stand up for myself without being mean.
3) John 3:16 helps me. It reminds me that God loves me, No. Matter. What.

Cheerfully in Christ,

I also ask you pray for me to be motivated to write my "scary" required story for Language Arts. Middle School writing can be so demanding!
